These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website OutliersRealm.com and the Outliers Realm platform, programmes and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by BeastChemist, a sole proprietorship (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Outliers Realm is a BeastChemist product.

By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1.Who we are

Outliers Realm is a youth-development and mentorship community. Our OUTLIERS programme supports JEE aspirants by building the non-academic foundation — mindset, discipline, accountability, routine, and personality. Legal and contact details:

2.Eligibility & minors

You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase the Services. Many of our learners are under 18 (minors). If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with the involvement, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for all payments and activity on the account. By allowing a minor to use the Services, the parent/guardian accepts these Terms.

3.The Services

• Group and 1:1 mentorship sessions, accountability tools, discussion access and a daily habit-tracking experience.
• The Services are guidance and mentorship, not a guarantee of any examination rank, score, admission or outcome. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. See our Disclaimer.
• We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, session schedule or part of the Services at any time to improve quality or for operational reasons.

4.Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may sign in using email/password or a third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for the security of any linked account.
• Notify us immediately at teambeastchemist@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.

5.Plans, fees & payments

• The OUTLIERS programme is offered on monthly plans (Group: Basic, Plus, Advanced; 1:1: Basic, Plus, Advanced) at the prices displayed on the site. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. The merchant/display name on the checkout is BEASTCHEMIST. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Access to a plan is granted after successful payment confirmation. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged as required by law.
• For selection-based admission to OUTLIERS (where a written test and/or interview applies), payment and access follow successful selection as communicated to you.

6.Refunds & cancellation

Fees are non-refundable once access to the programme or portal has been granted. You may cancel to stop future monthly renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. 7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, record or redistribute session content, resources or materials without our written permission;
• Share your account or access credentials with others;
• Harass, abuse or harm other members, mentors or staff, or post unlawful, hateful or misleading content in community spaces;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

8.Intellectual property

All content, materials, branding, curriculum, designs and software provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to BeastChemist and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning during your active plan. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9.Third-party services

The Services rely on trusted third parties, including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Google (sign-in) and YouTube (video content). Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. See our Disclaimer.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeastChemist and its proprietor, team and mentors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeastChemist, its proprietor, team and mentors from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13.Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where required by law. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
