This Privacy Policy explains how BeastChemist (a sole proprietorship; "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use OutliersRealm.com and the Outliers Realm Services. Outliers Realm is a BeastChemist product. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian data-protection law.

1.Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account (directly or via Google sign-in).
• Programme & progress data — the routine and habit data you log in the tracker (sleep, exercise, meditation, journaling, study/skill activity), streaks, points and related progress, and the plan/batch you belong to.
• Payment information — when you buy a plan, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or through the platform.
• Technical data — basic device/browser information and cookies or local storage used to keep you signed in and to operate the Services.

2.How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Services;
• To run the mentorship programme, track progress, accountability and leagues;
• To process payments and grant access to the plan you purchased;
• To communicate with you about your account, sessions, updates and support;
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the Services;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3.Consent & legal basis

We process your information based on your consent (given when you create an account and use the Services), to perform our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by closing your account, though some processing may continue where required by law.

4.Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage strictly to keep you logged in and to operate core features (such as your session and saved progress). We do not use them to sell your data. You can clear or block them in your browser, but parts of the Services may stop working.

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, under appropriate safeguards:

• Supabase — authentication and secure database hosting of your account and progress data;
• Razorpay — payment processing;
• Google — optional sign-in;
• Where required by law, regulation, legal process or a governmental request.

6.Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and row-level security so that users can access only their own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.

8.Children's privacy

Many of our learners are under 18. Where a learner is a minor, the account should be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to this Policy on the minor's behalf. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will address it.

9.Your rights

• Access & correction — view and update your account information at any time;
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and data, or use the in-app "Reset my Realm" option to clear your progress;
• Withdraw consent — by discontinuing use and closing your account.

10.Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites (such as YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

11.Data location & transfers

Your data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) and may be processed on servers located outside India. Where data is transferred, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this Policy.

12.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified through the site or by email where appropriate.
